SKILL GAME BAN BEGINS TODAY

Yesterday was the last day skill game machines could operate in most Pennsylvania businesses.  The state will begin enforcing a ban today after the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled earlier this year that skill games are considered slot machines under the Gaming Act, making them illegal outside of licensed casinos and truck stops in the Commonwealth.  Any skill game machine still in service will be seized, along with the money inside.
