A.I. HEALTH PLATFORM COULD HELP THOSE WITH EPILEPSY

There’s a new artificial intelligence health platform being tested that could allow patients to give and receive feedback with their medical devices to help manage epilepsy in real time. A study by Penn State’s medical school published in nature medicine says the device helps detect impending seizures, missed medication and impaired cognition but previously could not share the information right away. The new platform would provide alerts and symptoms through a phone app.
