CHAMBER TO HOLD RECOGNITION RECEPTION

The Allegany County Chamber of Commerce will hold the 2026 Annual Recognition Reception on Thursday, November 5th at the Frostburg State University Lane Center. This special evening celebrates the member businesses, professionals and organizations making a lasting impact throughout Allegany County. This year’s recipients include Allegany College of Maryland as the Large Business of the Year; Allegany Garrett Titles and Settlements as the Small Business of the Year. The Entrepreneurial Spirit of the Year will be awarded to Pinnacle Strategies, LLC. Allegany County Emergency Services will receive the Community Service Award, with the Allegany County Museum recognized as the non-profit of the year. Hayden Lindsey will be recognized as the Outstanding Young Professional. The event takes place from 6 to 8:30 p.m.
