ELDERLY BEDFORD MAN FACES ADDITIONAL FELONY CHARGES

Seventy-five-year-old James Waxter, of Bedford County, is facing additional felony charges, after police found child sexual abuse material on his cellphone. He is also facing 25 felony charges, after he allegedly raped a five-year-old girl. He was arraigned on $75,000 bail on the new felony charge. He remains in the Bedford County Prison.
