ONE STOP SHOP PERMITS LAUNCH IN WEST VIRGINIA

Governor Patrick Morrisey unveiled West Virginia’s new One Stop Shop Permitting Portal yesterday. It came months ahead of the state’s statutory deadline. The online system puts applications, fees and tracking from several state agencies into one account. Accelerated processing takes effect at the start of the year. Using the portal stays optional until a required transition next summer.
