BERLIN MAN ACCUSED OF INAPPROPRIATE RELATIONSHIP WITH TEEN

Twenty-three-year-old Declan Heider is behind bars, following an investigation of several weeks, for allegedly having a sexual relationship with an underage teen. Heider is also accused of recording various sex acts on his cellphone. He was arrested, arraigned and held at the Somerset County Jail, with bail set at $100,000.
